Blue Balloons was a challenge because of its unique shooting schedule — only shooting on the weekends. This meant I was working every weekend for most of 2014. At the time I was the board operator for weekend programing at AM 950, so I split the days with Ian McClintock. He would mix the first half of the day, I would mix the second half. When we were both available, we would work together, taking turns booming and mixing.
Synopsis
A young woman grapples with physical and spiritual strife after her mother’s cancer returns, forcing her to confront past grievances and threatening the only existence she’s ever known.
